Law enforcement officials believe Jones and his brother, Dominque Bailey, 27, are responsible for the killing in the 700 block of Sterling Drive.

Police said Jones and Bailey fired into a car, killing Trusty, who was sitting in the passenger's seat. The driver of the car was shot several times in his legs.

Bailey was arrested the day after the killing and charged with murder. He is being held at the Bexar County Jail without bond.

The Bexar County Sheriff's Office said the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force and the Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Apprehension Unit assisted in the investigation and arrest of Jones.
