SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department is searching for Rogers Leon Collins. Collins has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment.
He is described as; black, 70 years old, 5 feet 8 inches, 170 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.

Collins was last seen at 6 p.m. Saturday wearing a long-sleeve blue shirt and brown pants.
He is believed to be driving a gold 2002 Nissan Pathfinder with Texas license plate BN6K005.
Law enforcement officials believe his disappearance poses a credible threat to his own health and safety.
