Montez was arrested last week after an inmate claimed she had been sexually assaulted by Montez in a jail transport vehicle at the end of December.

Investigators said they found surveillance video to support the inmate's claims.

Montez has been in jail since his arrest on bonds totaling $85,000.

The Sheriff's Office said no other victims have come forward.

An investigation continues into how Montez was able to transport the alleged victim alone in the middle of the night.
