SAN ANTONIO – A man was found early Monday morning with a gunshot wound to the face on the city's West Side.
Police officers responded to a report of an assault around 2 a.m. in the 500 block of Enrique Barrera Parkway, formerly known as Old Highway 90.

Officers found Henry Ortega, 31, in front a bar.
He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Police said he was not able tell them who shot him because of his injuries.
