Man shoots up gas station parking lot

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police have released surveillance images showing a person wanted in a shooting. They are hoping the public can help identify the man.

Investigators said a man believed to be in his 30s fired shots in a gas station parking lot around 3:30 a.m. Jan. 20.

Detectives said he exchanged words with someone who was pressure-washing the parking lot at the Valero Corner Store at 3033 Goliad Road.

They said the man pulled out a gun and threatened the worker. He then opened fire while driving away.

Police said one other person was with the shooter.

Authorities said the pair took off in a white Chevy Colorado crew cab with black rims.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Police Department's homicide unit at 210-207-7635.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
