SAN ANTONIO – A driver is facing serious charges following an accident on the far West Side Saturday morning.
According to police, the driver was on Bowens Crossing near Loop 1604 when he rear-ended a motorcyclist.

The impact knocked the biker and a passenger over.
Police said the driver was not hurt but the passenger was taken to University Hospital with a broken leg.
The driver who caused the crash is facing intoxication assault and DWI charges.
