SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office has identified a man hit and killed Sunday morning while crossing a South Side street in a motorized shopping cart.
Police said John Murrin, 57, was crossing Southeast Military Drive near Mission Road when he was hit around 12:30 a.m.

The driver of the SUV that hit Murrin stopped to help and was not charged.
Murrin was pronounced dead at the scene.
