SAN ANTONIO – The medical examiner confirmed the woman found shot in her North Side home has died.
Police were called to the home in the 3600 block of Ivory Creek around 7:30 a.m. Friday.
Inside, they found David Ross dead, and his wife, Casey Ross, was critically injured.
She was rushed to University Hospital where she died Friday evening.
Early on, investigators determined that no one else was involved in the shooting. Police later revealed that the David Ross was the one who fired the shots, killing both himself and his wife.
Several people who live nearby said the couple had been married for about a year and seemed happy.
