SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Schertz Police Department announced it has found the vehicle stolen from Henry Gutierrez after he was murdered on Christmas Eve.
The white 2013 Ford Expedition was found in San Marcos on Thursday at the Townwood Apartments.

The vehicle was turned over Schertz police and processed for evidence.
Police are not releasing any additional information at this time.
Gutierrez was found by his son, shot to death, on Christmas Eve after he did not show up for work.
Last month police released images of people of interest in the case after gift cards taken from the crime scene were used at shopping stores in the Houston area.
