2nd arrest made in assault on 14-year-old girl

Felipe Gutierrez has been charged with serious bodily injury to a child

SAN ANTONIO – A second arrest has been made in an horrific attack of a 14-year-old in which the teenage victim was drugged, sexually assaulted, and tattooed against her will, San Antonio police said Wednesday.

Felipe Gutierrez has been charged with serious bodily injury to a child and forced narcotics use.

Police said the teenage victim was sexually assaulted and even tattooed by several members of a band while at a pool party.

The affidavit said the teen told investigators she was drugged during the attack.

Earlier police arrested 22-year-old John Anthony Galvan in connection to the same incident.

The teen told investigators with the Texas Department of Public Safety that she met Galvan at a party in Pleasanton last August. She said they both went to another home where Galvan, even though he was aware she was only 14 years old, had sex with her, the arrest affidavit said.

The girl told investigators that afterward, Galvan introduced her to one of his friends and encouraged her to have sex with him, too. She said Galvan later bragged about it on Facebook.
