SAN ANTONIO – Isidro Flores, 30, is accused of having sex with a teenage girl, a crime that a police officer with the Northside Independent School District said he discovered while it was happening.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit, someone else alerted the officer to what was happening April 25 and directed him toward a car in a parking lot.
The officer said he found a 16-year-old girl inside the vehicle engaging in sexual activity with Flores, the affidavit stated.
The officer, who was dressed in full uniform, ordered Flores to get out of the car. Instead, he said he smirked at him and drove away.
San Antonio police later got involved in the case. The affidavit stated that the school police officer was able to identify Flores as the suspect because they had been high school classmates.
Flores was arrested Tuesday on charges of evading arrest and indecency with a child.
