She said in her caption that she had just given birth to her daughter in the backseat of a Honda Fit.
She also explains that the vehicle is now "a mess" and then requests a free car.
While some people are congratulating the new mother, others are doubting her.
"Doubt that it's real," a Facebook user wrote.
"Plus, she's an editor of a fake news website," Katie Moseman wrote.
According to Newell's Twitter bio, she works for fake news magazine Reductress.
Newell's tweet has been retweeted more than 6,700 times with many Twitter users replying and hoping Honda gives her a new car.
"OMG, get it, Beth. @Honda, give Beth a new car," Lauren Duca wrote.
"If they don't give you a car, I'm trading in my civic," Holly S GoLightly wrote.
There is no response from Honda as of yet, but stay posted to see if the new mom gets her wish.
