SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are investigating an early morning shooting on the city's Northeast Side.
The incident was reported just after 2:30 a.m. in the 5400 block of Brewster, found near Interstate 35 and Wurzbach Parkway.
Police said a fight occurred inside Rick's Cabaret early Friday before moving outside the establishment. That's when, police said, someone pulled out a gun and shot a man in the arm.
Following the shooting, as many as six suspects fled the scene in two vehicles, police said.
The victim was taken to University Hospital for their injury.
The investigation is ongoing.
