SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are investigating a possible DWI after a head-on collision on the city's West Side early Sunday morning.
According to police, the driver of a white pickup truck lost control of his vehicle and swerved into oncoming traffic in the 300 block of South Callaghan Road. The driver collided with a black car. No one in that car was hurt.
Police detained the driver of the pickup truck under suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
