KINGSVILLE, Texas – U.S. Border patrol agents on Monday seized 59 bundles of cocaine valued at more than $4.6 million at the Sarita checkpoint.
The seizure was made when agents searched a tractor trailer at the checkpoint on U.S. Highway 77 North, officials said.
The cocaine, which was hidden in a storage area of the trailer, was sniffed out by a K9, officials said.
