2 men slashed with knife following argument

Victims refused to go to hospital for treatment

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police said two men are recovering after being slashed with a knife overnight.

The incident was reported just before 11 p.m. in the 4900 block of Pecan Grove Drive, found near East Southcross and South W.W. White Road on the city's Southeast Side.

Police said three men in their 40s were arguing at the Pecan Valley Golf Clubs Apartments when one of the men pulled out a knife and slashed a victim in the head, and one in the hand.

Both victims refused to go to the hospital for treatment following the incident, police said.

At this time it is not known if any arrests have been made.

The investigation is ongoing.
