SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are looking for a man accused of taking vehicles and thousands of dollars from an elderly person.

Police said Paulo Cortez (pictured above) had agreed to do work on the vehicles in February of 2015. The victim said Cortez never delivered on that promise.

Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to Cortez's arrest. Tipsters must call 210-224-STOP (7867) to qualify for a reward. Callers may remain anonymous.
