Woman allegedly catches boyfriend allegedly sexually assaulting her daughter

Victim tells police man molested her more than once

SAN ANTONIO – A man has been arrested after allegedly being caught sexually assaulting his girlfriend's daughter at a San Antonio home.

Marco Tulio, 30, is now charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child after the young victim told police he molested her more than once.

Tulio was arrested Monday after his girlfriend called police, saying she saw him touching her daughter over her pants. She said she saw it happen in the laundry room.

An affidavit for Tulio's arrest says the mother kicked him out of the house and then talked to her daughter. She told police her daughter said the abuse had been going on for a while.

The girl told her mom and then police that on Sunday June 26, Tulio pulled down her pants, exposed himself and then sexually assaulted her.

As of Tuesday night, Tulio was still at the Bexar County Jail. The total bail for both charges is $70,000.
