Police seek person of interest in July shooting of woman

Shooting took place on N. Zarzamora around 2:40 a.m.

SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department and Crime Stoppers want the public’s assistance in tracking down the person responsible for the shooting of a woman on the city's West Side.

The shooting took place around 2:40 a.m. on July 31 in the 900 block of N. Zarzamora.

According to police, the victim was outside the building when they were shot twice by the occupants of a passing vehicle.

Police said the shooting may be in relation to an earlier disturbance at the bar. The individual in the picture shown above is listed as a person of interest to police.

SAPD needs help identifying the man seen in the photo.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
