SAN ANTONIO – A driver was killed in a crash on Interstate 35 late Saturday night.
The medical examiner later confirmed Kristopher Garza, 37, was the driver.
According to San Antonio police, Garza was the driving a Honda Civic and swerving in and out of lanes on the highway when he crashed into the back of car.
Garza was killed instantly, said police.
The people inside of the car that was hit were taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
Police say speed played a factor in the crash.
