Murder suspect found biting off victim's face, Florida deputies say

Austin Moore, 23, taken into custody in Jupiter

JUPITER, Fla. – A man accused of stabbing three people in South Florida, killing two of them, was found biting off the face of one of the victims, according to deputies.

Authorities said deputies found Austin Moore, 23, on top of one of the victims outside a Jupiter home, biting the victim's face.

A neighbor heard screaming and tried to help, but he was also stabbed by Moore, according to deputies. The neighbor was rushed into surgery and is expected to survive, officials said.

Deputies said they also found a woman's body inside the garage of the home.

It took 4 deputies and a K-9 to take Moore into custody, authorities said.

The motive for the attack is unclear, but deputies suspect it could be drug-related.
