Man wanted for sexual assault of minor at large

Ruben Rodriguez went into hiding in January 2014

SAN ANTONIO – Ruben Rodriguez is still wanted after KSAT 12 News featured him as a fugitive last year. The U.S. Marshals Lone Star Task Force hasn’t stopped looking for him.

Rodriguez has an active arrest warrant on charges involving aggravated sexual assault of a child. In January 2014, a report was filed with the San Antonio Police Department after a little girl under 16 cried out for help, saying that Rodriguez had sexually assaulted her.

Before police could contact Rodriguez and question him, he went into hiding to avoid prosecution.

Anyone who knows Rodriguez’s whereabouts is asked to call the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at 210-657-8500.
