Johnson HS student arrested for having stolen gun, marijuana on campus, NEISD says
Zachary Thill, 17, faces felony, misdemeanor charges
SAN ANTONIO – A 17-year-old Johnson High School student was arrested Thursday after district officials said he took a gun and drugs to school.
A stolen unloaded gun and marijuana were found in the trunk of Zachary Thill's car, North East Independent School District spokeswoman Aubrey Chancellor said.
Thill was taken into custody on campus just before noon, Chancellor said.
The discovery was made during a random canine search, Chancellor said.
Thill faces felony and misdemeanor charges, Chancellor said.
