SAN ANTONIO – Paseo del Rio relaunched with a new look Wednesday. The 47-year-old nonprofit supports the River Walk and works to keep it a popular tourist destination.
The group’s reinvention includes new merchandise, a new look to its Rio magazine and an improved website.
The new website is mobile-friendly and has more video to give prospective visitors a better feel of the River Walk.
"When people Google San Antonio, the River Walk, our website, comes up usually because it's the No. 1 tourist attraction in the city. We're excited to promote it even more. Show it off to the world, encourage people to come down here, because it's so beautiful and people love coming to the River Walk,” said Maggie Thompson, Paseo del Rio executive director.
