2 Milwaukee men charged with attempting to provide support to ISIS

Jason Ludke, 35, and Yosvany Padilla-Conde, 30 were arrested in San Angelo


SAN ANGELO, TX – Two Milwaukee men have been arrested in San Angelo accused of giving material support to ISIS.

Deputies with the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office along with state troopers arrested Jason Ludke, 35, and Yosvany Padilla-Conde, 30 and have taken them into custody.

The pair allegedly have been traveling from Wisconsin to Mexico where they intended to acquire aid and documents necessary to travel to Syria and/or Iraq.

“Terrorism remains the FBI’s top priority in keeping Americans safe," said Justin Tolomeo, special agent in charge of the FBI's Milwaukee division, in a news release. "The arrest of these two individuals from Wisconsin underscores how the real threat of terrorism can occur anywhere at any time."
