SAN ANTONIO – H-E-B issued a recall alert for its brazos-embossed star chairs. Customers who purchased the chair are being asked to stop using it immediately.
Weld defects can cause the armrest to detach from the base, potentially causing customers to fall. No injuries have been reported yet.
