SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are investigating the shooting of a man at a Halloween party on the city's West Side.
The shooting occurred around 1:15 a.m. in the 300 block of Brenner Street, found not far from Castroville Road.
Police said the victim, who was shot in the foot, was taken by someone at the party to a fire station located in the 3100 block of Ruiz St.
Police said following the shooting everyone at the party scattered, making it difficult to get a motive for the shooting.
The injured man was taken to University Hospital in stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
