SAN ANTONIO – The CEO of Workforce Solutions Alamo, Gail Hathaway, has been placed on administrative leave.
According to an email from a board member obtained by KSAT, the Texas Workforce Commission found issues in a monitoring report.

The commission said that many employee interviews “alluded to a culture of fear, suspicion and retaliation.”
KSAT reached out to Workforce Solutions Alamo and its board members, who declined to comment on the matter.
A meeting will be held at 2 p.m. Monday to discuss how the organization will move forward.
Workforce Solutions Alamo works with major employers and schools to help place workers in Bexar County and 11 surrounding counties.
