A state wide AMBER alert was issued late Tuesday for a missing 16-year-old girl.
Kirsten Nicole Fritch, born Nov. 10, 2000, is believed to be in immediate danger by authorities.
Fritch is 5 foot 1, weighs 135 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen in Baytown, Texas.
The Texas Department of Safety said the suspect's vehicle is a cream colored 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser with Texas plates. The license plate is FPN8281.
