Democrats take wins in several local judicial districts

Incumbent Laura Parker loses seat against Democratic challenger


SAN ANTONIO – Voters partook in electing several district judges in the area, only one was the incumbent in her district.

In District 131, Democratic candidate Norma Gonzalez took the win against Republican David Kaliski.

Democrat Catherine Torres-Stahl took the win against her Republican challenger Libby Wiedermann in District 175.

For the 386th Judicial District, Democrat Arcelia Trevino beat incumbent Republican challenger Laura Parker.

Frank Castro, Democratic nominee for District 399, won the seat against Republican candidate Jan Ischy-Prins.

In District 408, Republican candidate Leslie Sachanowicz was defeated by Democratic challenger Angelica Jimenez.

And in District 438, Democratic candidate Rosie Alvarado took the win against Republican Frances Dunham.
