SAN ANTONIO – One man is dead and another is fighting for his life in the hospital after they were both shot in the head Saturday night.
According to San Antonio police, the two men were arguing with two other men at a home in the 300 block of Vine Street around 10:30 p.m.
Police said two of the men each pulled out a gun and they each shot one man in the head.
EMS transported both victims to San Antonio Military Medical Center, where one of them died and the other was in critical condition.
Police are investigating and searching for the two suspects.
