Crime Stoppers seek man in Fred's Fish Fry robbery

Robbery reported Nov. 19 at 1406 Bandera Road


SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are on the lookout for a man who they said robbed a Fred’s Fish Fry.

The man entered the eatery at 1406 Bandera Road on Nov. 19, displayed a revolver and demanded money from a worker who was working the cash register.

The worker gave the man some money and he fled on foot on Sutton Drive.

The man is described to be between 20 to 40 years old. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs around 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing blue jeans, a shirt with black short sleeves and grey long sleeves and a hat that had "LA" on it.

Anyone with information regarding the suspect’s identity or his whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 224-STOP (7867).

A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for tips that lead to the arrest of the man.
