SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police have now arrested four people and charged them with the murder of an East Side man earlier this month.
Mary Ellen Gonzales and Dylan Miles Tinti have both been arrested and charged in the capital murder of Ramon Rivera, 31.
An arrest affidavit said Rivera was found dead inside his East Houston home by his estranged wife on Nov. 10.
The affidavit says Gonzales, Tinti and two other men identified as Royce Reese and Henry Kruger beat Rivera over the head with a small ax.
The alleged suspects claim Rivera owed them money. They also stole his Chevy Blazer, DVD player, cellphone and cash.
The suspects arrested are being held at the Bexar County Jail.
