Police seek suspect in robbery of SW Side hair salon

Man acted as if he had gun


SAN ANTONIO – Police are asking the public’s help trying to find a man accused of robbing a Southwest Side hair salon.

The robbery occurred just after 8 p.m. after Dec. 26 at the Rios Golden Cuts in the 1400 block of Goliad Road.

SAPD said the victim told them a man walked in and said he was there to get a haircut. Then the man began demanding money from the cash register and acting as if he had a gun in his pants, police said.

Though the woman never saw a gun, she told police that she feared for her life.
