SA man arrested in Utah accused of repeatedly sexually abusing girl

Vincent De Los Santos, 28, had been on the run since July 2016

SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio man who has been wanted more than six months on charges he repeatedly sexually abused a young girl was arrested in Utah.

Vincent De Los Santos, 21, was featured on KSAT-12 Jan. 10.

The United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force said it was looking for De Los Santos for a warrant on two counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child.

De Los Santos was indicted on the charges in July 2016. He's accused of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 14 for three years.

After seeing the story on KSAT-12, a viewer called the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force with information on where De Los Santos was living. He was arrested Tuesday in Ogden, Utah, according to Deputy Chris Bozeman.

De Los Santos will be brought back to San Antonio to stand trial.
