SAN ANTONIO – The lawyer for a San Antonio man accused in a gruesome murder demanded a mistrial Wednesday.
Prosecutors maintain Daniel Lopez, 28, beat a man to death with a baseball bat two years ago.
There were verbal fireworks in court, with the defense attorney hurling strong accusations involving the co-defendant, who testified against Lopez.
