SAN ANTONIO – A 23-year-old man is accused of having a sexual relationship with an underage girl.
Alexis Martinez is charged with sexual assault of a child. The victim is 16 years old.

San Antonio police said the teenage girl and Martinez are co-workers at a local restaurant.
The 16-year-old admitted to police about having sex with Martinez. Her mother found out about the inappropriate relationship and eventually notified police.
