CLEVELAND – What started as a small fine turned into a felony for one Ohio man.
In a Cleveland, Lemar Reed showed up for his day in court regarding a minor traffic violation. But when he walked up to speak to the judge, he dropped a bag of cocaine out of his hat.
It wasn't until an hour later that the security officer noticed it on the floor.
Staff then reviewed the camera footage and saw the drop.
A warrant was put out for his arrest.
