SAN ANTONIO – The expansion of Kyle Seale Parkway is providing a new way for drivers on the Northwest Side to access Loop 1604.
The opening at West Hausman Road and the parkway was celebrated Friday. Drivers will now be able to get onto North Loop 1604 West by taking Hausman Road.

The project included several improvements, including widening the intersection to three lanes and adding a new crosswalk.
It also makes the University of Texas at San Antonio more accessible and helps ease congestion in the area.
