Police surround NW Side house after reported shots fired

Witnesses say man dragged woman into home


SAN ANTONIO – Heavily armed police surrounded a Northwest Side home after a call for shots fired Saturday.

Witnesses told San Antonio police that a man fired shots outside, then dragged a woman into the house on Lively near Vance Jackson around noon.

Officers with rifles and shields deployed around the house as negotiators tried to reach the man inside.
