2 men shot, wounded outside Northwest Side bar

Gunfire also hits cars, window on Baker Street Pub

SAN ANTONIO – Two men are being treated for gunshot wounds they suffered in the parking lot of a Northwest Side bar.

San Antonio police said they found one victim around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday outside Baker Street Pub, located in the 9000 block of Wurzbach Road. The other man had made his way down the street to the corner of Wurzbach and Gardendale.

Officers at the scene said one man was wounded in the hip while the other was shot in the arm. Both were taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Police said the shooting happened in the bar parking lot. Some of the gunfire hit parked cars and the window of the bar.

It's unclear if the men who were shot were the intended targets.

Police said they planned to question witnesses to find out who fired the shots and why.
