SEGUIN, Texas – A veteran's grave marker stolen from a Seguin cemetery has been found and is back where it belongs.
The family said the bronze military footstone marker was found propped up against Ralph Paez Castilla's headstone at Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery. His sons noticed the marker was missing on Mother's Day when they went to put flowers on their mother's grave.
Castilla served in the Army and was provided the bronze military footstone marker to honor his service to the country when he died.
The marker may have been recovered, but police said they are still looking for whoever took it.
