3 in custody following chase with Bexar County deputies

SAN ANTONIO – Three people are in custody after they tried to run from Bexar County Sheriff's Office deputies Thursday afternoon.

The suspects are in their late teens to early 20s and are violent offenders, deputies said.

Deputies had to chase them on the ground starting at Martin Luther King Drive and Interstate 10. The chase ended near Eisenhauer Road and Glendora Avenue.

The three people in custody were wanted on felony charges.

Deputies believe there were weapons in the vehicle the suspects left behind when they fled, but the suspects did not have any weapons with them when they were caught.
