Man indicted, accused of killing stepdaughter and unborn child

Armando Rodrigo Garcia-Ramires charged with 2 counts of capital murder


SAN ANTONIO – A grand jury has indicted a man in the March 6 murders of his 15-year-old stepdaughter and her unborn child, the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office said.

Armando Rodrigo Garcia-Ramires, 36, is accused of shooting and killing Jennifer Delgado, 15, and her unborn child. The suspect shot himself in a wooded area near the 1100 block of Babcock Road after fleeing the scene.

Garcia-Ramires is charged with two counts of capital murder. He’s being held on a $1 million bond in the Bexar County Jail awaiting trial.
