SAN ANTONIO – Apparently upset her ex-boyfriend had been dating someone new, police said Quinika Finney, 23, hit her ex's new 14-year-old girlfriend and another woman with a car.

Finney hit the two on Friday night in front of a house in the 5600 block of Bienville Drive, according to an arrest affidavit. She faces two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Finney threatened to come to the house and fight the teen's mother because the girl had been dating Finney's ex-boyfriend, according to the affidavit.

Police said Finney pulled up to the house around 10:15 p.m. Friday, while the 14-year-old and another woman were standing on the front lawn. The teen and her mother told police Finney raced her engine and sped up the driveway.

Finney allegedly drove onto the lawn and hit the 14-year-old girl in the leg, before backing up and driving at the other woman.

The woman landed on Finney's hood, the teen and her mother told police. She was hit so hard, police said her shoes came off.

The woman was taken to Northeast Methodist Hospital with internal injuries and injuries to her legs.

Police said Finney drove from the scene yelling, "I am the right one, B***!"

The teen and her mother identified Finney through a photograph, and police obtained photos of tire skid marks on the driveway and lawn.
