SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio police department and fire department are working a scene in the Walmart parking lot located on Interstate 35 and Poteet Jourdanton Highway.
At least 50 people were reportedly discovered inside a trailer of an 18-wheeler. There are reports of multiple deaths, others have been airlifted to nearby hospitals.
