SAN ANTONIO – A wrong way driver was seriously injured after he collided head-on with an 18-wheeler early Saturday morning.
The driver of a pickup truck was going westbound in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 when he hit an 18-wheeler head-on near South Presa Street.
Police said the driver of the 18-wheeler was not hurt, but the driver of the pickup truck was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.
