Chase ended in Montgomery County, North of Houston

Montgomery County – A 13-year-old girl who has been missing for more than a week has been recovered after a chase in Montgomery County involving multiple law-enforcement agencies.

The Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office posted pictures of the scene where the chase came to an end. One of the pics shows a wrecked and damaged Texas State Trooper SUV.

An Amber Alert was issued for Priscilla Elisabel Martinez after she disappeared from her home in rural Donna.

KSAT's sister station in Houston, KPRC, is reporting that the chase began in New Caney. Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies pursued the suspect's truck to Splendora where the suspect allegedly hit two vehicles including a U.S. Marshals vehicle. Law enforcement tried to use spikes to stop the suspect's vehicle, but the suspect swerved around them and hit a Department of Public Safety trooper head-on.
