CROSBY, Texas – WATCH LIVE: A press conference is being held Monday morning regarding the Crosby, Texas chemical plant which experienced explosions following the flooding of Tropical Storm Harvey.
People who live in a 1.5-mile evacuation zone around the Crosby chemical plant are being allowed to return to their homes after the facility was under the threat of the explosion.
