SAN ANTONIO – A woman was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center with a slash across her face after she got into a fight with another woman in a parking lot in the 300 block of North New Braunfels Avenue on Tuesday.
Police said the two women, both in their late 20s or early 30s, started throwing bottles at each other in the parking lot then took the fight to an Auto Zone across the street at the corner of North New Braunfels Avenue and Center Street.

The woman taken to the hospital suffered a deep slash on her face when one of the bottles broke.
She is expected to recover from her injuries.
Police took the other woman in for questioning and are reviewing surveillance video from the AutoZone.
